Jerry Pugsley joined the company in 2018 and has 30+ years of experience in the utility locating industry. He has provided utility field services for SUE projects including utility designation (locating), mapping and test holes to a wide range of clients throughout the Front Range of Colorado that include utility owners, government agencies, and engineering design firms.
