John O’Rourke is a Principal and Project Manager at HKS. He leads the land development engineering teams and is especially familiar with all aspects of multi-family project planning and development. John joined the company in 2004 and has experience with all aspects of multifamily design. He manages residential development projects across the Front Range of Colorado.
